Cops and the Trick Service are examining an occurrence in Frederick involving an evident attempt to daunt voters with the delivery of a threatening letter. The Secret Service is involved since the letter particularly threatened Democratic governmental nominee Joe Biden and vice governmental nominee Sen. Kamala Harris.
